Body composition can be changed through diet alone, however, including fitness into your routine will cause you to gain a physique you never knew was possible! Implement this jFit HIIT workout routine into your daily schedule. You will melt INCHES off your body in as little as one week with 2 simple changes: nutrition (below) and 20 minute workouts. 

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds to 1 minute, then rest for 50 seconds. Repeat sequence twice:

  • Mountain Climbers 
  • Push-Ups
  • Squats 
  • Crunches
  • Burpees
  • Straight Arm Plank
  • Jump Squats 
  • Tricep Dips
  • Run in Place
  • Lunges
